1. Who you are contracting with

This service is operated by watday ("we", "us"), a sole trader based in Jordan. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The service

We provide a research tool that generates keyword variations of domain names and reports whether each variation appears to be registered, based on public DNS and RDAP registry data. Results are best-effort signals; you should always confirm with a registrar before relying on them commercially.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service:

• for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• to send spam, commit fraud, or to harass or impersonate others;
• to interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, automated scraping, or circumventing rate limits or usage quotas;
• to resell, redistribute or sublicense results or access without our consent.

5. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. We retain ownership of the service and all intellectual property in it, including the software, interface and branding. You may not reverse engineer the service or attempt to circumvent its technical limits.

6. Service level

We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Third-party data sources (DNS resolvers, RDAP registries and language APIs) may be unavailable or return incomplete results.

7. Payments and taxes

Pro access is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the pricing page and grants 30 days of Pro access from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. To keep Pro access, buy again before your 30 days run out days bought early are added to the time you have left.

Our order process and payment collection are handled by Payhip, which provides checkout, receipts and applicable tax handling. Payment mechanics are governed by Payhip's buyer terms; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your access ends and stored search history associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
